What happened to Haunted Willow Co?
If you know me from Haunted Willow, you may wonder where the Haunted Willow website is. Well… you’re on it! Our Haunted Willow domain redirects to Cup of Kee, but this is the very same website I’ve had since 2020; just with a different name and colour palette. As for the Haunted Willow products, they’re right here too! You can find all your favourites under our ‘Shop’ tab.
Merging Haunted Willow and Cup of Kee felt like the best decision I could make right now, due to costs (and time) of running two websites, wanting to reduce the amount of separate content I was having to create, and wanting a more natural approach to creating things for Haunted Willow. Keeping them as two separate entities didn’t feel manageable, especially with my house renovation, new job, and degree!
What happened to Cup of Kee?
Also nothing! My website expired, and it was too costly to renew, so I made the decision to use the Cup of Kee name and domain for everything, and make a little home for my Haunted Willow products within it.
If you didn’t know much about Cup of Kee to begin with, that’s okay! It’s been my blogging space and personal instagram account for the last year or so, and I feel really at home in it. I’m hoping this is the move that can allow me to continue blogging and documenting my memories, whilst also creating products for my shop.
Where can I stay up to date with you and your business?
You can find me on most social media platforms under @cupofkee (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc)
To contact me directly, please go via the contact form. I do try to respond to DMs on social media however it can be hard to keep track of, but you are more than welcome to contact me via social media too, and I will try and respond as quickly as I can.
Orders & Shipping
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 weeks of purchase (Mon-Fri) on a Royal Mail 48 Service.
Please allow for postal delays particularly during busy periods. Keep an eye on the website/social media for updates. Please send any enquiries via email or the contact form, quoting your order reference.
Do you ship worldwide?
At this time, I am only shipping within the UK. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know if this changes!
Can I change my delivery address once I’ve ordered?
If you realise any of your details are incorrect please DM or email me as soon as you notice. Prior to dispatch, we can cancel your order and you can re-order using the correct address, but if you notice after it’s been dispatched unfortunately it is out of my control.
I will not be able to refund an order if it’s been lost due to an incorrect address, but if it finds its way back to me I am more than happy to have it delivered to the correct address.
Orders as Gifts
- If you are ordering for a special occasion, please order as early as possible, but feel free to put the date in your order notes and I will do my best to prioritise your order where possible.
- If you would like a gift note added to your order, please specify in the order notes and I will add a handwritten note!
- If you would like your order gift wrapped, please let me know in the order notes! This comes at no additional charge. Gift wrapping includes tissue paper and twine, and a gift tag.
